Start moving by setting a timer to go off every hour. When the timer buzzes, get up and walk around for at least one minute.
Of course, you already know that you should park far away from your building and trek the extra steps to the office. Add to this exercise by leaving something important in the car, like your cell or lunch. You’ll have to go back for it later!
If you’re really dedicated to working out at work, you can try sitting on an exercise ball instead of in a desk chair. This will strengthen your abs and back as well as help you develop excellent posture!
