Eat balanced meals throughout the day to avoid cravings for unhealthy foods.

Dehydration can cause cravings.

To satisfy your cravings for something sweet, try dark chocolate that contains 70% cacao. Cacao has more antioxidants. Organic apples are a healthy portable snack. Add naturally sweet foods to your diet.

Sugar-free foods may not be a healthier choice because they contain chemicals. It’s best to keep chemicals to a minimum and eat natural ingredients.

For salty cravings, try dry roasted nuts, kale chips instead of potato chips.
