There are some hidden signs of stress we need to be aware of, so we can take better care of ourselves. According to doctors, often we get so busy with our daily grind, that our cognitive ability to recognize signs of stress decreases. Overlooking such stress signs can cause bigger health problems down the road.

Some of these signs include a twitch in the eye, skin rash, acne, headaches, random cuts and bruises. Stress can increase inflammation in the body that can cause acne, itching, and rashes.

Stress can also manifest itself in emotional, mental, and behavioral symptoms, such as feeling agitated and ill, disorganization and forgetfulness, and insomnia. More….
