One of the best ways to stress less is to laugh more. Children laugh over 300 times a day, while adults chuckle just 15! Coincidence? Nope!

Laugher reduces high levels of the stress hormones epinephrine and adrenaline. If you’re having a hard time seeing the humor in a situation, fake it until you really feel it.

Meanwhile, sketching something distracts your brain from whatever is stressing you out and calms overactive beta brainwaves. No wonder all that mindless sketching during boring meetings makes them feel more bearable!

And if you’re not an artist, that’s even better. You’ll have something to laugh really loud about!

    Laughter therapy is well known to get rid of stress. Along with it, regular meditation, Yoga and Aroma therapy can take you to the stress free world.

    I have been meditating ever since I was employed. Pressures of office were sometimes too tough to handle. Therefore, on a friend’s recommendation, I started meditating and found that I was more peaceful. After a while, I got to know of research on aromatherapy and it stated that aromas can open up your senses and help you meditate better and I have been ever since doing a lot of DIY aromatherapy using Cycle Pure products​.
