Red Chutney
Red Chutney is a quick chutney that can be made in minutes and served with a wide variety of appetizers and snacks. You can use this instead of tamarind chutney for samosas, pakodas, chole, and bhel puri. This is a real easy recipe.

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp tamarind paste (or if soaking tamarind, 1 cup strained and thick paste)
- 1 tbsp chaat masala (available in Indian grocery stores)
- Salt to taste
