According to the American Academy of Dermatology, any repetitive facial movement, over time, can form a groove beneath the skin’s surface, and that groove will eventually form a wrinkle.

You shouldn’t stop smiling or frowning to avoid wrinkles, but if you have a hard time seeing, get glasses or contacts to cut down on your squinting. S

LEEPING on your back is important for preventing wrinkles. If you spend every night with your head buried in the pillow, you’re likely to get sleep lines which will lead to wrinkles.
