The first way to prevent wrinkles is STRONG sun protection! Exposure to the sun is the cause of up to 90 PERCENT of wrinkles! Wear sunscreen every day, even in the winter AND indoors.

Pick a formula that protects against both ultraviolet A and B rays, with an SPF of at least 30.

Moisturizing daily can make you look younger, simply because moist skin equals glowing skin. Emollients like lanolin help fill in space between skin cells, which plumps up skin in the short term, while humectants such as glycerin soak up moisture from the air and deliver it to the skin.
