Chickpeas are a good low fat source of protein and folic acid.
Here’s the recipe for spiced chickpea snackers.
- 3 cups canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and thoroughly dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- Let the spiced chickpea snackers cool and serve.
