The Fabulous Five

The Fabulous Five – Celebrity trainer Tanja Djelevic shows host Judy Greer five exercises she can do with no equipment to achieve a total body workout.

The five exercises are for your upper and lower body, and include squats, push-ups, reverse lunges, dips, and abs.

If you’re a beginner you can do 10-15 repetitions of each exercise. If you’re at an advanced level, you can do a 20-minute workout that include maximum reps on each exercise.
