Posture is key
- Grasp handlebars gently
- Keep chest up and open
- Keep back slightly arched
Quick road bike workout
- 5-minute warmup
- 2-minute intervals 3 or 3 times
- Up resistance/ go uphill while keeping legs moving at same pace
- Lower resistance/go downhill while speeding up leg rotation
- Cool down.
Keep your body stable on turns to engage core.
