But unlike the low-lit food photography seen while scrolling through our feeds, Locke’s kaleidoscopic produce arrangements resemble something closer to textiles than to simple salad makings.
The UK native, who sells prints and shares recipes on her website AMBA Living, adopted the raw food lifestyle 18 months ago. Six months later, she began arranging and shooting her foods, and sharing the images online. Her first arrangement was met with such a positive response on Instagram that she knew she’d have to shoot more.
