  • Eating late at night can not only add pounds but also disrupt sleep.

  • High-fat foods take longer to digest than other foods.
  • Caffeine and alcohol can disrupt your sleep.
  • Your body’s digestive capacity is highest at lunchtime. That’s why they say, eat breakfast like a queen, lunch like a king, and dinner like a pauper.
  • Best late-night food choices include soup, cooked vegetables, and lean protein.
  • Eating too much too late increases body fat stores.
  • Stop eating 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.
