When circadian rhythm is disrupted, sleeping and eating patterns can run amok. Getting a sun lamp that has UV rays. Light therapy lamps sell for about $30 and up. Turn on the light ans sit in front of it for 15 to 20 minutes a day.
Vitamin D is a vitamin and a hormone so it’s believed to affect your mood. Vitamin D is produced by our bodies when exposed to sunlight. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium from food.
Get yourself checked for your vitamin D levels with a simple blood test and have your doctor determine if you need a vitamin D supplement.
Hormones and endorphins released during sex promote sleep and improve mood.
Wearing brightly colored clothes can cheer you up.
