| July 14, 2013 Comment

Vegetarian Sources of Protein – as part of the expert series by GeoBeats.   My name is Kate Fortunado with Rebecca Bitzer and Associates. If you are vegetarian and concerned with your protein intake, there are various foods you can consume to meet your protein needs. Some great sources of protein include nuts, like almonds or walnuts, soy products such as tofu or tema, beans such as black beans, kidney beans and navy beans, kenwa and Greek yogurt. One of my favorite breakfasts is Greek yogurt with some almonds stirred with for a nice pack of protein first thing in the morning.
