Ebola scare locks down Dallas neighborhood after nurse contracts disease – The Dallas home of the nurse who has tested positive for Ebola was sealed off Sunday with Texas police guarding the area outside.
The only person who has had contact with the nurse has been put under isolation. The Dallas Fire and Rescue Team was deployed to the home of the patient on Marquita Avenue in Dallas.
The identity of the health worker, who works at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, remains unknown. She was part of the team caring for Thomas Eric Duncan, who died from the virus last week.
