Reese Witherspoon and Celebs Attend Lupus LA Bag Ladies Luncheon – Reese Witherspoon and other celebrities like Paula Abdul, Brittny Gastineau, Bruna Papandrea attend the Lupus LA Bag Ladies Luncheon, where they were able to raise funds and awareness for Lupus by bidding on an assortment of handbags from designers like Fendi, Burberry and more.
Reese Witherspoon was joined by a number of other celebrities to support this charity event. All participated in the silent auction of handbags by designers like Fendi and others. The event has raised more than $2.5 million since its start 12 years ago.
The event is not just fashion-focused though. Led by Lupus LA chairman, Adam Selkowitz, the luncheon raises awarenesss, education, and serves the needs of 1.5 million people in the US affected by the incurable disease, lupus.
