15-Minute Workout – The 15-Minute Workout is a great option for people with busy schedules. Learn about the exercise regimen and how to stay in shape without spending too much time.

If your busy schedule means you can only spend 15 minutes at the gym, can you still fit in an effective work out? Yes. You absolutely can.

If I only had 15 minutes to spend at the gym, I would pick anywhere from 4 to 7, multi-joint exercises, to work as many muscle groups as possible. Think squats, push-ups, dead-lifts, mountain climbers, burpess, etc., and do them in a circuit. In other words, do one exercise after another, using as little rest as possible between each exercise.

Then, rest for 1-2 minutes before repeating the entire circuit another 2 or 3 times.

This type of workout is highly effective for fat loss and will also improve your overall fitness.
