If you just started putting time and energy into your exercise routine, you’re probably very eager to see results. And you will quickly, but it won’t happen overnight.

For most people looking to build muscle, you can expect to see increases in strength within the first 2 weeks, and then increases in muscular size within about 6 weeks, if you’re diligent with your training that is.

For those looking to lose fat, you should see the weight on the scale drop after about the first week.

After 3 weeks, your clothes may start fitting differently, and at around week 4 you should see very, very visible results!
