Going for a short, 10-minute walk is a good way to deal with stress. It takes you away from a stressful situation, allows you time to breathe and to think calmly, and the physical exercise can relax as well as re-energize you.

Make a habit of eating healthy, well-balanced meals, and your energy levels will be consistent. Eating junk food will only stress you out mentally as well as physically. You don’t have to have the additional stress of guilt after binging on fats and carbs.
