Superfood Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 1 1/2 cups spinach or kale
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- Granola/nuts/berries to serve
Preparation
- Put the berries, kale,banana, the cacao powder, honey, milk and vanilla extract into a blender and whiz. Add more milk to loosen the smoothie if needed.
- Pour into a bowl and top with some homemade granola, toasted oats or nuts and berries.
